El Chaparro wanted to provide the community with a taste of Sonoran style Mexican street food that Parker and Lake Havasu were definitely missing.  Although there are several mexican food establishments in town, none are comparable to the menu that El Chaparro provides.  Providing excellent customer service, quality and delicious food, and a memorable experience that would keep its customers coming back for more is what El Chaparro strives for.
